New for 2025: RANC Scholarship Program

RANC leadership is excited to announce a new initiative and member benefit for 2025: The Recycling Association of NC Scholarship Program.

The RANC scholarships are offered to RANC member company employees and their dependents who wish to further their education.

Eligible candidates may be a new,  part-time or returning school student, a trade or community college applicant or a student for a university/college.

RANC will select up to (2) $1,000 scholarships a year. Eligible candidates may apply for a one time max of $1,000 a year. Candidates will be selected by the RANC scholarship committee consisting of the executive board.

The RANC scholarships are ONLY open to RANC member company employees and their dependents. An applicant must apply for the scholarship by the deadline of August 1, 2025.

Winner announcements will be made at the RANC Annual Meeting, which will be held August 20-22, 2025.

Terms & Exclusions

• RANC Executive committee or their dependents are not eligible to apply. All other members of RANC and their dependents are eligible to apply.
• Applicants can apply and be awarded consecutive years, but only receive a max of $1,000 a year.
• RANC is a 501 C 6. Money donated to RANC to benefit the scholarship program is non deductible.
